Gift Voucher (Collect from Cafe) FAQs
Q) How much should I buy?
A) We recommend around £10 to cover coffee & cake or a cream tea for two and £25 to cover lunch for two.
Q) What time can I pick them up?
A) We are open between 10am and 5pm daily. Please allow 48 hours for us to get them ready for you. If you need them urgently, please email us on info@homefarmcafe.co.ukand we will see what we can do.
Q) Can they be customised?
Gift vouchers have space left blank for “To/From/Message” for you to complete yourself.
Q) How long are gift vouchers valid?
A) One Year – all gift voucher will be dated with an expiry date 12 months from date of issue.
Q) Do they need to be spent all in one go?
A) They do not need to be spent all in one go, but we cannot give cash as change from a gift voucher. Instead we will issue another voucher for the remaining amount. We recommend buying multiple vouchers in smaller denominations if you think the recipient will want to spend them on multiple visits.
