Q) How much should I buy?
A) We recommend around £10 to cover coffee & cake or a cream tea for two and £25 to cover lunch for two.
Q) Can you email them direct to the person I am buying them for?
A) Yes of course – just make sure at checkout stage in ‘Order Notes’ you write us a message letting us know who you would like them emailed to and their email address, plus what you would like typed on the gift voucher (TO: xxxxxxx / FROM: xxxxxxx MESSAGE: xxxxxxx)
Without this note gift vouchers will be emailed to your email address and To/From/Message left blank for you to print and write yourself.
Q) How quickly are they emailed?
We aim to process and email Gift Vouchers within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Q) How long are gift vouchers valid?
A) One Year – all gift voucher will be dated with an expiry date 12 months from date of issue.
Q) Do they need to be spent all in one go?
A) They do not need to be spent all in one go, but we cannot give cash as change from a gift voucher. Instead we will issue another voucher for the remaining amount. We recommend buying multiple vouchers in smaller denominations if you think the recipient will want to spend them on multiple visits.
