Gift Voucher (Print & Post) FAQs
Q) How much should I buy?
A) We recommend around £10 to cover coffee & cake or a cream tea for two and £25 to cover lunch for two.
Q) Can you post them direct to the person I am buying them for?
A) Yes of course. Just be sure to select a Print & Post Gift Voucher and at checkout stage in ‘Order Notes’ write us a message letting us know who you would like them posted to and their address, plus what you would like written on the gift voucher (TO: xxxxxxx / FROM: xxxxxxx MESSAGE: xxxxxxx)
Without this note gift vouchers will be posted to the billing address and To/From/Message left blank for you to complete yourself.
Q) How much is postage?
We charge £2.50 to cover the cost of printing and posting Gift Vouchers.
Q) How quickly are they dispatched?
We aim to print and post Gift Vouchers within 48 hours of receiving the order. They will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class, so they should arrive 3 – 4 days from the time of ordering.
Q) How long are gift vouchers valid?
A) One Year – all gift voucher will be dated with an expiry date 12 months from date of issue.
Q) Do they need to be spent all in one go?
A) They do not need to be spent all in one go, but we cannot give cash as change from a gift voucher. Instead we will issue another voucher for the remaining amount. We recommend buying multiple vouchers in smaller denominations if you think the recipient will want to spend them on multiple visits.
