Dartmoor pork loin, pork crackling, apple caramel, pickled broccoli, croquette potato, shallot and thyme jus


Slow cooked Dartmoor venison and smoked bacon ragu, garlic and rosemary shoestring potatoes, parmesan


Celeriac and hazelnut flan, crushed potatoes with capers and aioli, seared hispi, sage oil


Steamed pear and ginger pudding, sweetened cream cheese, caramel


Lemon curd, meringue, candied lemon, shortbread crumb
