Roast cauliflower, spiced crispy shallots, toasted almonds, feta cheese and rocket salad, curried coconut dressing

Sourdough with balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Slow cooked Dartmoor beef, bacon and blue cheese crumbed field mushroom, roasted shallots, beef jus

Cornish broccoli, goats’ cheese and toasted almond tart, spinach pesto, balsamic

Pan seared breast of Creedy carver chicken, chicken leg and chorizo bon-bon, smoked sweet potato puree, chicken jus

Braised shoulder of Dartmoor pork, roast carrot and garlic puree, black pudding crumb, pork jus

Roast squash, hazelnut and blue cheese bake, rosemary crumb, mustard cream

Roast Devon potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables

Baked dark and white chocolate cheesecake, raspberry coulis, clotted cream
