Slow roast Dartmoor beef pulled with roasted shallots and garlic,

buttered chard, roast cherry tomatoes, beef jus

Slow cooked Dartmoor venison, mushroom and smoked

bacon pie, parsnip and horseradish puree, red wine jus

Pan seared Creedy Carver chicken breast, spicy chorizo,

olive and thyme ragu, balsamic reduction, thyme oil

Wild mushroom, truffle and parmesan arancini, roast squash and red onion puree, sage oil

Roasted Devon broccoli, shallot and Devon blue cheese tart, toasted almonds, salsa verde, pickled chilli
